7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for damaged, defective, or non-working products. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return or replacement.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To claim a return, replacement, or refund, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

- Start before opening the package

- Clearly show the parcel label

- Show the product condition and issue clearly

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

- Damaged product received

- Non-working product received

- Wrong item delivered

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

- Change of mind

- Minor color or design variation

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused after use

- Orders without unboxing proof

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.

COD Order Policy

For Cash on Delivery orders, a small advance amount paid for order confirmation may be non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after verification of the issue and return approval.
